A nyitrai (Nitriensis) káptalan előtt Dywekwyfalu-i Imre, a fiai: György, László, Gergely és Márton és Rudna-i Bernát fia Miklós nevében is tiltakozik az ellen, hogy Rudna-i Bernát fia, Péter a rájuk szállandó nyitramegyei Bela birtokát Zapolya-i János erdélyi (Transsiluanus) vajdának és György szepesi (terre Scepusiensis) örökös grófnak el akarja idegeníteni és azokat a megszerzéstől tiltja el.
