A nyitrai (Nitriensis) káptalan előtt Rwdna-i Oszvald, a fiai: János és György nevében is édesöccsét, Rwdna-i Pétert eltiltja attól, hogy a nyitramegyei (Nitriensi) Rwdna, Lehotha, Kysbasasn, Lesczen, Dywekwyfalw és Chrystanfalwa birtokokba, a Kysbassan és Nadan birtokok közti Wezka, továbbá Nyko és Prezeka nevű pusztákba bírt részeiket elidegenítse és eltilt mindenkit azoknak megszerzésétől.
