Vriel Thwrocz-i Prépost és konventje előtt Rwdna-i Bernát fia Péter miután a Nyitra megyei (Nitriensi) Rwdna birtokon lévő kúriáját 150 forintért eladta rokonának, Rwdna-i Oszvaldnak, kötelezi magát, hogy ha Rwdna, Lesche, Lehotka birtokokon és Nykow és Prezeka pusztákon lévő részeit el akarja idegeníteni, azt csak Oszvaldnak adhatja el. Datum feria secunda, in profesto beate Marie Magdalene anno Domini millesimo quingentesimo vigesimo secundo.
