A nyitrai (Nitriensis) káptalan előtt Bosan-i Nezteus fia János és fia Miklós a Mihály, Chorba Tamás és Jouka birtokai között fekvő 60 holdnyi Bosan-i földjüket fenti Jouka fiainak: Jánosnak és Lőrincnek 40 márkáért eladják Joukut-i fenti Nezteus fia Mokou fia László hozzájárulásával.
