Pozsony. Lajos király (Hungarie et Bohemie etc) meghagyja a Thwrocz-i konventnek, hogy Welchycz-i Mártont, édestestvérét, Jánost és Simon fiait: Mátyást, Bálintot és Balázst adomány címén vezesse be a magtalanul elhalt Welchycz-i Welczyczky Wydryloy János Welchycz-i trencsénmegyei (Trinchiniensi) birtokrészébe. Datum Posinii, feria sexta proxima post festum beati Emerici ducis, anno Domini millesimo quingentesimo vigesimo tertio.
