A nyitrai (Nittriensis) káptalan előtt Joka fiai: János, Lőrinc és Bálint megosztoznak birtokaikon olyképpen, hogy Rudna birtok Leschen birtok felével Jánosnak, Leschen másik fele és Bassan az ottani vett résszel Lőrincnek, Wyfolu birtok Bálintnak jut kölcsönös öröklési joggal. Az egyezséget megsértő 20 márka bánatpénzt fizet. Datum sabbato proximo post festum Asscensionis Domini, anno eiusdem M-mo CCC-mo LXX-mo primo.
