Nyitra. Gara-i Miklós nádor (et iudex Comanroum) Nyitra megye (Nytriensis) közgyűlésén megtartott tanúvallatás alapján igazolja, hogy Kysbassan, Terezthyenfalwa, Lomnycha és Kysprona, másnéven Kelechen Kysbassan-i Mihály fia, Péter lánya, Margitnak, Kis (parvus) Jakab feleségének ősi, öröklött birtokai. Datum duodecimo die congregationis nostre predicte in loco memorato (feria secunda proxima post festum Omnium Sanctorum prope civitatem Nytriensem) anno Domini millesimo quadringentesimo vigesimo quarto.
