Bathor-i István Zsigmond király (Romanorum rex semper augustus ac Hungarie, Bohemie, Dalmatie, Croatie etc.) országbírája Zsigmond királynak a Solmos-i Kis (Parvus) Jakab özvegye Margit, Kysbassan-i Mihály fia Péter lánya, valamint a Wyfalw-i Bálint fia János, István fiai: Gergely, és András, András fia János közötti perben bemutatott, 1436. február 19-én Székesfehérváron kelt oklevelét átírja az utóbbiak ügyvédje, Wyfalw-i Joka István fia Tamás kérésére.
