octavo die termini sc. in octavis festi Epiphaniarum. Tamás országbíró meghagyja a vasvári káptalannak, hogy IV. Béla és I. Károly királyok okleveleinek alapján újra eszközölje Kapornak határjárását. A kapornaki konvent ugyanis abban a perben, amelyet Németnek nevezett János mester és Gergely nevű testvére indított a Sebehadnagyföldébe iktatásukkor történt ellentmondás miatt, az okleveleket mutatta be.
