A csázmai káptalan bizonyítja, hogy Dancsi Herricus fia Herke elismerte, hogy feleségét, Babolchai Arnold fia Mihály leányát Klára asszonyt az említett Babolchai Mihály unokája, György fia Miklós a leánynegyedet illetően kielégítette, amennyiben Németszeget (Szentkirály és Bark között) Klára asszonynak átadta.
