secundo die diei inquisitionis (f. secunda post octavum diem f. Epiphaniarum D.) 1437. A zalai konvent jelenti Zsigmond királynak, hogy 1436. november 23-án, Budán kelt parancsára Szentbalázsi Zele Balázsné Katalin és Neszelei Bekő Fábián lánya, Susko panasza tárgyában, mely szerint Aracsai Péter azon a címen, hogy urával: Szenterzsébeti Terjék Benedekkel Csehországba készül, perét elhalasztatta, de itthon tartózkodik, Zala megyében vizsgálatot tartott, mely a panaszt igazolta.
