II. p. Exaltac. Crucis. A vasvári káptalan előtt Nagy (maior) Kwrug-i Simon fia Miklós tiltakozik az ellen, hogy apját, Simont Pál országbíró foglyul ejtette és arra kényszerítette, hogy Nogkurug birtokot adja át neki: Miklós eltiltja apját a birtok elidegenítésétől, Pál országbírót pedig annak birtoklásától.
