A vasvári káptalan tanúsítja, hogy Szécsi Miklós országbíró ítéletlevele értelmében Telekus-i Gergely fia, Baso és Reche-i Lökös, királyi emberek Bertalan mester, vasvári kanonok és Mihály, karbeli klerikus hiteles emberek jelenlétében nov. 25-én felosztották Korog-i Simon fia, Miklós és Nogmortun-i Lőrinc fia, Nykkul mester között Nogkorogh és Radistinch birtokokat a Nogkorogh birtokon levő Orbochanreuy nevű révvel együtt. Eredeti, papír, hátoldalon rányomott pecsét nyoma, mellette 18. századi egyszerű másolat. Részletes birtokosztály.
