A Nógrád megyei Törvényszék előtt ZenthIwan-i Kothon János panaszt emealt Kerekgede-i Themmel András és Lyzko-i Albert ellen, amely szerint ezek Kwthaso possessióban jobbágyaikkal a panaszos ZenthIwan possessiója határait a Kwthaso possessióból Herenchen possessióba vezető nagy ut körül a Kyralkwtha és Agyagos nevü helyeken kiásatták és ezzel neki nagy kárt okoztak; a törvényszék ítéletében elrendeali a bizonyítására a communis inquisitiot.
