Hont megye a Syrak-i János kérésére tanuvallatásra kiküldött szolgabíró Scorna possessióban kihallgatott tanuk vallomásából megállapította, hogy az a föld, ahol Palasth-i Péter a panaszos Syrak-i János ekéjét összetörte, mindig Gardon-hoz tartozott és Gardon possessió határában belül feküdt és fekszik ma is. - Tanuk nevei, köztük a Hidvég-i plébános - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
