Buda. 40. d. oct, Epiphan. Kerekgede-i Themel fiai: Péter, János, Miklós és Tamás perét, melyet Chonthfalua-i Miklós fiai: László és másik László ellen Kwthaso possessió (Nógrád m.) határainak megállapításánál bejelentett ellentmondásuk miatt indítottak, a felek kívánságára Szent Mihály nyolcadára (okt. 6.) halasztja el Pálóci Mátyus országbíró, hogy közben Zelew-i János mester, országbírói protonotárius, közöttük a perben ZenthIuan és Kwthaso possessiók területén békés egyezséget hozzon létre.
