Sáros megye tanúsítja, hogy Swynye-i János fia Gáspár kérésére Swynefew-i Hoczay Demeter és Nyomarka-i László által vizsgálatot tartatott, amelynek során a nevezettek megtudták, hogy Thamasfawa-i Péter Gáspár egy Lipolcz-i jobbágyát nyomon követte Bertolth birtokig s ott az egész faluval kerestette, s ha megtalálja, meg is ölette volna.
