A jászói konvent előtt Frycz-i János fia László tanusítja, hogy 1467-ben Guti Ország Mihály nádor a Heves megyének Kewes mezőváros közelében tartott közgyülésén Pyskocz-i Nagy /magnus/ Demeterrel szemben fej- és birtokvesztésben marasztalta el: feje és birtokai megváltására ezért Modrar Pál fia Pálnak 300 magyar arany forintért eladott 7 jobbágytelket a Sáros megyei NaghZylwa birtokon. Hártya. Rózsaszin-zöld zsinóron függő kissé elmosódott pecsétképű pecsét. JÁSZÓI KONVENT
