Zapolyai Imre tudatja Zwynie-i Gáspárral, hogy a többi familiárisát Eperyes áros felé küldte. Megparancsolja, hogy Gáspár 5 lóval álljon készenlétben és amint azt hallja, hogy az említett familiárisok Eperyes-en vannak, haladéktalanul siessen oda. Költségét ugy kapja meg, mint a többiek. Tudatja azt is, hogy egész Sáros megyét hadba hívta. Papír. Hátoldalon rányomott zárópecsét nyoma. SZAPOLYAI IMRE SZEPESI ISPÁN
