Sáros megye tanusítja, hogy Zwynye-i Gáspár kérésére Zynefew-i Holczan Demeter és Luchka-i Miklós szolgabíraák a megyében vizsgálatot tartottak, amelynek során megtudták, hogy Zempse-i László Herman-i jobbágayi határaikon tullépve Jernye birtokon és Mayushyd pusztán szántottak uruk hozzájárulásával.
