V. a. Penthecostes. Sáros megye tanúsítja, hogy Zwynye-i Gáspár kérésére, aki máj. 10-én a megye bírói székén előadta, hogy tudomása szerint Illés klerikus megölésével gyanúsítják, Zynefew-i Holczan Demeter és Luchka-i Miklós szolgabírák a megyében vizsgálatot tartottak, amelynek során azt tudták meg, hogy Illés klerikust nem Gáspár egyetértésével és akaratából ölték meg. Papír. Hátoldalon rányomott gyűrűspecsét és rányomott gyűrűspecsétek nyomai. SÁROS MEGYE
