A szepesi káptalan jelenti I.Mátyás királynak, hogy Bátori István országbíró 1474 szept.19-én kelt parancsára Bayor-i Mátyás királyi ember és Hymesd-i János kanonok káptalani ember szept.22-én Sáros megyében kivizsgálta a parancsban foglalt ügyet és a panaszt jogosnak találta, így megidézte Kendy-i Lászlót Kendy birtokon, Sempse-i Lászlót pedig Nyas birtokon Szent Mihály nyolcadára a király elé. - A hajtásoknál kisebb szakadások - Hátoldalon rányomott, részben lepergett zárópecsét - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Bándi) SZEPESI KÁPTALAN
