Buda. in oct. Epiph. D. Miklós nádor Olmera-i Mihály fia János, fia Miklós és Scinnye-i Benedek fia Merse meter és fivérei: Miklós, Péter és Domonkos kérésére és bemutatásában átírja a szepesi káptalan 1350. január 6-án kelt oklevelét. János fia Miklós tanúsítja a nádor előtt, hogy Benedek fiaitól az átírt oklevelek tartalmának megfelelően felvette a 200 márkát és átadta nekik a Sáros megyei Zylua birtokot.
