Buda. 6. d. Corp. Christi. II. Lajos király Sebes-i Tamás részére átírja III. András 1296. szeptember 20-án kelt Kayatha birtokra vonatkozó oklevelét. Az oklevelet Komlos-i Péter mester, kisebb kancelláriai jegyző mutatta be átírása végett Sebes-i Tamás idézésre nyomán. Eredeti, hártya.
