A jászói konvent előtt Zwyne-i Merse fia, Benedek fiai: Péter és Domonkos tanúsítják, hogy megegyztek abban, miszerint Péter Stephanwagasa-i és Moyshyda-i birtokrészeit, amelyek Miklós fivéréről szálltak rá, egy Moyshyda-i telek (laneus) kivételével Domonkosnak adja, aki viszont Gerene-i és Jacobwagasa-i birtokrészeit és Herman birtokot adja Péternek.
