A jászói konvent előtt Rabay-i Péter fia Miklós kötelezi magát, hogy mivel Swyne-i Benedek fia Mersetől 35 márkát kapott a Mera-i János fiai: Miklós és Lukács elleni perre Kochlaza birtok ügyében, ha a birtokot vagy egy másikat sikerrel megszerez az említettektől, akkor azok nemcsak őt, hanem Mersét is illetik.
