A szepesi káptalan előtt Swyne-i Péter fia János nevében szolgája: Hegaly-i Simon, mivel János értesülése szerint Sempse-i Frank a Sáros megyei Herman és Reyseusw birtokokat, amelyeket Tharkow-i Kelemen lánya: Mártától vett zálogba, titokban új adomány címén megszerezte, eltiltja a királyt az említett birtokok eladományozásától, Sempse-i Frankot és másokat pedig azok megszerzésétől és birtoklásától.
