A szepesi káptalan előtt Swyne-i Péter fia János nevében szolgája: Hegaly-i Simon tiltakozik az ellen, hogy János Sáros megyei Iacabuagasa nevű birtokába Ryhno-i másként Peren-i Dániel fiai: Pál és Miklós Zsigmond király oklevelével bevezették magukat: eltiltja a királyt a birtok eladományozásától, Peren-i Miklóst és Pált pedig annak megszerzésétől és birtoklásától.
