A garamszentbenedeki konvent jelenti Guti Ország Mihály nádornak, hogy Nywyg-i Geche ”dictus” János királyi ember júl.17-én a konvent hiteles embere jelenlétében vizsgálatot tartva a nádor parancslevelében foglaltak tárgyában Chwz-i Miklóst Wnyan-i Jánost és társait megidézte Jakab apostol nyolcadára a királyi curiába. - Foltos, kissé hiányos. - Hátoldalon zárópecsét nyoma. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Bándi).
