Visegrád. 8. d. termini prenotati. Pál országbíró Baraktha-i Bende fia Iwan felperes perét Kissarlou-i Pál fia István és fiai: Péter és Pál, valamint István fivére, Miklós és Miklós fia János alperesek ellen egy Barakcha-i telek tárgyában november 15-éről elhalasztja 1343. február 26-ára azzal, hogy ha addig a felek választott bírák közvetítésével megegyezni nem tudnak, vizsgálati és tiltakozó leveleket nem bocsáthatnak ki egymás ellen.
