Mátyás király miután a birtokcserében, amellyel Zenthmyhalwr-i János 2 egész deserta jobbágytelkét Zenthmyhalwr falu végén a Zythwa folyó mellett Gharak birtok felől elcserélte Zenthmyhalwr-i Porkolab László egy egész nemesi háztelkére és a másik egész jobbágytelkére, amely a néhai Nagh Kelemené volt, meghagyja a budai káptalannak, hogy egy Nyitra megyei esküdttel mint királyi emberrel végezze el a beiktatást. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Bándi) MÁTYÁS 1 KIRÁLY
