A budai káptalan tanúsítja, hogy Mátyás király 1486. július 2-án kelt parancsa értelmében Janchafalwa-i Imren András nyitrai esküdttel mint királyi emberrel Dengeleg-i Miklós mester budai kanonok jelenlétében aug. 13-án Zenthmyhalwr birtokon a 4 telekbe Waltras-i Manya Mihály, Kysmanya-i Bese Lukács és Bese Ákos, Lwle-i Mihály, Fys-i Benedek, Zenthmyhalwr-i Medenczes Zsigmond és János jelenlétében elvégezték a beiktatást. - Hártya - Alul függőpecsétre utalő bevágásokkal - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Bándi) BUDAI KÁPTALAN
