A garamszentbenedeki konvent előtt Deresleen-i Tamás, majd Baranch-i Hermani Ákos özvegye ás első férjétől született fia, Lázár nyugtatják NaghEndred-i Zobonya Miklóst és Vincét arról a 47 arany forintról, amelyért Kyssary-i és Kysfalwd-i /Bars m./ birtokaikat tőlük zálogba vették és a birtokokat visszaadják. - Szakadt, s kissé hiányos alul. - A hátoldalon rányomott pecsét nyoma. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Bándi).
