Lajos király ítéletlevele értelmében Mylothyncz-i Mihály kisebb kancelláriai jegyző mint királyi ember Pál pap, a konvent hiteles embere jelenlétében Maroth-i Jánost beiktatta a Bars megyei Perlop és NaagBelad birtokokba tekintet nélkül Gymes-i Forgach Ferenc, Miklós, Zsigmond és Sebestyén ellentmondására. Eredeti, papír. A hátoldalon rányomott pecsét nyoma. A szomszédok és határosok Kystahaplchan-i, Kywrth-i, naghheressthyan-i, Thayna-i, Belad-i, Zablath-i nemesek, az esztergomi érsek.
