Garai Miklós nádor a Nyitra és Turóc megyéknek július 22-ére Nyitra város közelében egybehívott közgyűléséből tanúsítja, hogy Kysherestyen-i János fiai: András, Mihály és János, Kysherestyen-i Miklós fia Imre a Nogherestyen-i királyi hospeseket eltiltották előtte bizonyos Kysherestyen birtok határai között levő földek, rétek, erdők elfoglalásától, a rétek lelegeltetésétől, az erdők kivágásától.
