Miklós nádor, a kunok bírája tudtul adja, hogy a pert, amelyet Pál fia Zeuke dictus János Chehl-i Péter fia János ellen, akinek nevében Demeter fia Pál jelent meg a váradi káptalan oklevelével, a nádor korábbi oklevele szerint Márton nyolcadán akart indítani, a felek akaratából Szent György nyolcadára halasztja haladéktalan válaszadás végett, ha a felek időközben nem tudnak megegyezni.
