Pál országbíró megbízásából a királyi ember és a budai káptalan hiteles bizonysága Apay fia István birtokaiba azok határait megjárva Bachka-i András fiait, Miklóst, Lászlót, Andrást, Miklós fia Jánost és Berench-i István fiait, Domonkost és Lászlót vezették be a statutiot Pál országbíró megerősíti. A birtokok: Apaykerezthura, az ottani castrum-mal, Cosmadamian, Kethel (Körös m.), Filke, Bekes, Zalach-i, Nezd-i portiok (Somogy m.), Zoladmonustura (Bihar m.), Anarch, Benk, Monyoros (Szabolcs m.).
