Buda. 12. d. term. pren. Pál országbíró tudtul adja, hogy a pert, amelyet Bothka-i András fia András mester, akinek nevében Nagy (magnus) Tamás serviens a leleszi konvent procuratoriajával megjelent, Berench-i István fia Domonkos ellen, akinek nevében fivére, László jelent meg, ugyanolyan procuratoriával, Szent György nyolcadán (máj. 1.) kellett viseljen az országbíró korábbi oklevele szerint, a felek akaratából Szent Mihály nyolcadára halasztja.
