Eger. 5. d. term. pren. (quind. Georgii) Agria. Péter, hevesi esperes és Gothardus mester, egri kanonokok, N. Egri püspök által állított vikáriusi bírák tudtul adják, hogy korábbi halasztólevelük szerint Perthold-i Mihály fia, Egyed, fiai: Demeter és Simon Anarch-i István fia, László mester ellen Szent György 15-ödén (május 8.) meg kellett jelenjenek, de a terminuson Egyed fiai nem jöttek és nem küldtek megbízottakat, bár László várt rájuk, ezért Egyed fiait bírságban marasztalják el.
