Borsod megye (magister Nicolaus de Rechk vicecomes magistri Cyko in comitatu Bursudyensi et iudices nobilium) tudtul adja, hogy Vyssnou-i Fábián fia, István, fia, Pétert, a Torna megyei Bas fia, Jakab ellen aug. 3-án a megye elé idézték, Bas fia, Miklós megjelenve előadta, hogy lovát zablástól és nyergestül Péter (elhajtotta). Péter rokonai beleegyezése nélkül nem kívánta a másik félt meghallgatni. A megye pert halasztott.
