VI. a. quind. Mych. arch. Az eri káptalan tudtul adja, hogy Wysnyo-i István fia Fábián okt. 11-én elébe járulva tiltakozott, hogy Péter és János nevű fivéreivel megegyezett abban, hogy peres ügyeiket birtokosztályuk kölcsönösen egymásra és más rokon nemesekre bízzák. Mivel a birtokosztály megtörtént, a megbízást visszavonja és a procuratoriát érvényteleníti.
