Pál országbíró tudtul adja, hogy a pert, amelyet Miklós nádor és fivére, János mester, Gyletus fiai: Berench-i Keled fia István fiai: Domonkos, László és Keled ellen az országbíró korábbi oklevele szerint az örökös nélkül elhunyt Apey fia István possessioi tárgyában Nagyboldogasszony nyolcadán indítottak, írásos királyi parancsra Szent Márton nyolcadára halasztotta.
