Pál országbíró tudtul adja, hogy Miklós nádor és fivére, János mester, Gyletus fiai Berench-i Keled fia István fiai: Domonkos, László és Keled ellen az országbíró korábbi oklevele szerint az örökös nélkül elhunyt Apey fia István possessiói tárgyában Márton nyolcadán pert indítottak, amelyet István herceg parancsára Vízkereszt 15-ödére halaszt.
