A leleszi konvent előtt Bol-i Miklós fia László és fia Perbárd tiltakoznak, hogy Bachks-i Miklós fiai: János, Péter, István bizonyos birtokaikat, nevezetesen Zolathmonostorat elidegeníteni törekszenek, a Berench-i nemeseket a birtokok megszerzésétől eltiltják.
