László opuliai herceg, nádor a kunok bírája tudtul adja, hogy a Szabolcs és Bereg megyéknek július 29-én Karaz villa közelében tartott közgyűlésén a Sarkanban lakó Miklós fia Bakó Maraz-i Gyula fiai: János, Benedek, Miklós, illetve Lukács fia László fiai: György és János nevében Maraz, Lewew és Gegen possessiók szomszédait, Zudar dictus István mestert és a Thass-i népeket a Homokerdew nevű erdő kivágásától eltiltotta.
