Bubeek István országbíró tudtul adja, hogy László fia Tamás Berench-i László fiai: Miklós és István nevében a váradi konvent procuratoriájával Kenez-i Domonkos fia, Szaniszló ellen (Szabolcs megye) Keresztelő Szent János nyolcadától számított 27 napig Szabolcs megye peráttételi levele szerint felperes lévén nem jelent meg, ezért az országbíró királyi bírságban marasztalja el.
