Szepesi (de Scepus) Jakab országbíró tudtul adja, hogy a pert, amelyet Berench-i Tamás és János, akik nevében Anich-i Antal jelent meg, Bathka-i Miklós fiai: János és Péter ellen viselt, akiknek nevében Bachka-i István fia Péter jelent meg a leleszi konvent idézőlevele szerint, pünkösd nyolcadáról az alperes prókátora kérésére Szent Mihály nyolcadára halasztja.
