Szepesi Jakab országbíró tudtul adja, hogy a pert, amelyet Hangon-i Miklós fia Gergely Lamperthfalua-i Lampert fia Domonkos és Gergely fia Tamás ellen viselt, akik nevében Péter fia Simon jelent meg, Jakab apostol nyolcadáról, mivel az alperes rokonai tanácsa nélkül nem tudott felelni, elhalasztotta Kisasszonynap nyolcadára.
