Az egri káptalan tudtul adja, hogy Warazow-i Egyed fia Péter a káptalan elé járulva azt vallotta, hogy egy földdarabot a Zenthelsebeth villa-ba vezető út mellett egy kiégett fa közelében, amely 12 usualis holdat tesz ki, valamint egy rétdarabot Zenthelsebeth villa és Petheruasara possessiok között Pazthoh-i Domonkos fia János mesternek 16 forintért - 100 dénárral számítva - elzálogosított.
