A nyitrai káptalan biznyítja, hogy Csaladi Ferenc, minthogy Simonyi György fia Györgynél zálogban levő birtokait elfoglalta s ezért György őt perbe akarta hívni, a barsmegyei Enyen-en levő birtokát Szilvaközi Szilva Miklósnak 25 aranyforintért elzálogosította azzal, hogy a zálogösszeg kifizetése esetén visszaválthatja, s ezt Simonyi György és megteheti.- Rányomott pecsét nyoma.
